It’s time to enrol to this year’s festivities, this year to be held at Sundbyholms Race Track outside Eskilstuna. This year we will have the pleasure of warming up with OGAE Second Chance Contest on Friday before Saturday’s AGM and annual dinner with party.
OGAE Second Chance Contest – Friday 5/10
Time: 19:00 – 24:00
Our hosts William and Zara will entertain during the contest and we will also have a live guest artist. The event will be recorded for the internet. More information about OGAE Second Chance Contest here.
Bar is available with the possibility of buying simple food and sandwiches.
Annual meeting followed by Glitter-Stefan meets guests – Saturday 6/10
Time: 11:00 – 14:00 for the annual meeting and 14:15 – 16:00 for the interviews.
The club’s annual meeting is primarily for members, others are welcome but can’t vote. After the meeting, Glitter-Stefan will interview guests. It will be possible to buy sandwiches.
Annual Party – Saturday 6/10
Time: 19:00 – 02:00
We start with mingle and welcome drink followed by a buffet dinner. A secret artist will performe live and we will present this year’s honorary prize. We continue with dance served by DJ Mathias Holmgren.

Final enrolment and payment day is 17 September. After this date a surcharge will be made for late payment or late enrolments. The club’s general booking regulations apply, information here.

Bus transfer:
We have bus transfer between Eskilstuna C, Hotel Sundbyholms Slott and Sundbyholm Race Track. Buses are free but buses to and from Eskilstuna C must be booked.
