It’s time for Melodifestivalklubben’s annual general meeting and party, this year on 8th October in Karlstad. We kick off the night before with Round Up, when early arrivals can meet old and new members. See below for how to enrol. Check the information carefully and remember to tick the alternatives you wish to take part in.

Round Up, Friday 7th October
We warm up with a traditional Round Up when among other things we will see edited highlights from ESC 2016.
Time: 19.00-24.00
Venue: Festsalen Elite Hotel Karlstad.
Address: Kungsgatan 22.
N.B.: Food will not be served.
Annual general meeting, Saturday 8th October
Time: 12.00 (doors open: 11.30)
Address: Festsalen Elite Hotel Karlstad.
Good to know: Lunch and afternoon coffee will not be served but fruit and water will be available free of charge.
Agenda and papers for the meeting will be posted separately on the club website for you to download two weeks before the meeting.
Annual party, Saturday 8th October
Time: 18.00 -02.00
Address: Elite Hotel Karlstad.
Dinner will be served in Vintermatsalen.
Dance and entertainment in Franska Salen.
What is included? Mingle-bubble, 3-course dinner, 1 glass beer/wine. Surprise guest appearances with photo and autograph opportunities. CD /DVD purchases are cash only. Live DJ will play Melodifestival and Eurovision hits until 2 a.m.
Enrolment, menu and important information
Final enrolment and payment date is 15th September. A surcharge will be imposed for accounts not settled by this date. You will find general conditions for booking under the tab ”ENGLISH” in the drop-down menu to the left.
Menu:
* Breaded goat cheese with beets, cress and roasted pine nuts.
* Grilled pork with chimichurri, fried new potatoes and chipotle mayo.
* Rhubarb pie with marzipan and vanilla ice.
Vegetarian main: mushroom risotto with truffle and vegetable skewer.

If you have any dietary requirements please contact arrangemangsansvarig@melodifestivalklubben.se no later than 15th September.
Cloakroom:
Cloakroom will be available but unattended.

Price: SEK 600:- (members of Swedish or other OGAE club)
SEK 750:- (non-members)

How to enrol if you are not a member of Melodifestivalklubben or if you belong to another OGAE fan club:

Then please wait until you receive confirmation from Karoline before paying as above.
Payment from country other than Sweden: For members not living in Sweden, you can pay through “Paypal”, which is probably better, cheaper and faster than international bank transfers. Please pay the fee to kassor@melodifestivalklubben.se. Just remember to state your name in the message.
