Welcome to Eskilstuna!
It is that time of the year again! The season of Eurovision Song Contest and National finals may be over, and some of you are definitely still dissatisfied that your favourite(s) did not win its National final. And that’s why we are running this contest. The OGAE Second Chance Contest gives some of the contestants a second chance to show Europe (and the Rest of the World) what they are made of and maybe even win this competition. How cool wouldn’t that be?
This competition is being held for the eighteenth time in Sweden and for the second time in Eskilstuna. This is since the Swedish duo Medina with the song In i dimman won the 2022 year’s edition held in Oslo in Norway. OGAE Sweden will do its best to give you a fantastic show this autumn when we will announce the winner of the OGAE Second Chance Contest 2023. And the power is entirely in the hands of the OGAE community.
How do I vote?
First, If you are not a member of an OGAE club, then now is the best time to become a member. You can find the best club for you here.
Between June and August, the OGAE clubs will open up voting possibilities. The voting period looks different depending on the OGAE club and can thus have a period of one or two months to vote. So make sure that you always check when your national OGAE club opens and closes the voting. The deadline for all clubs to send their votes to OGAE Sweden is the 31st of August.
