Dear Esc fans! My name is Thomas Bickham.
I live in Copenhagen, Denmark, and I´m writing all of you because I would like to involve you in a project I´m working on.
I´m currently creating a book about the ESC fashion since the beginning in 1956.
The title of the book is ”EUROVISION FASHION”.
For me, a big part of the show and the exitement, is to see what everybody is wearing, and it almost feels like the ESC world of fashion, is a fashion world of its own.
I need to gather as many pictures as possible for the book, and I´m writing you in the hope, that you´d want to be a part of this project.
To have pictures from fans from all over Europe would make it extra special, and hopefully give all the fans a feeling of being united even more.
I need pictures where you can see the clothes clearly, but it doesnt have to be a full figure picture.
Its ok if its from the waste and up, as long as its clear and sharp.
I need the following 4 informations with each picture:
1# Name and nationality of the artist/group/ host/hostess on the picture.
2# The year the picture was taken.
3# The country that was hosting that year.
4# The name of the photographer (can be anonymous).
IMPORTANT NOTE: I also need a written permission to use the pictures so I dont violate any rights.
As I expect to receive thousands of private pictures from fans, I wont be able to pay for them, so please only send them if you feel that it would be a funny thing for you to be a part of.
If possible, I need the pictures in 300 dpi, (high resolution) but its not absolutely necessary.
The picture can be in color or it can be black/white…anything goes.

Deadline for submitting pictures is january 1st 2014. but the sooner I get them, the better, as I have a lot of editing to do.
The book will be released during the ESC in may 2014, where Denmark is hosting.
I look forward to hear from you, and I cant wait to see what little treasures will pop up in my mailbox.
I hope that you will all help me spread the word, so we can make something extraordinary together.
